I ordered two of these beautiful enamel light shades and was really impressed with the quality and craftsmanship even though they were described as seconds. Unfortunately, the colour wasn't quite right for my project, so I had to return them. The return process was straightforward, and the customer service was excellent throughout. Handcrafted from solid brass and glass, the Happisburgh Swan Neck Bulkhead Wall Light is a heavy duty nautical sconce inspired by original cargo ship lighting. With its curved swan neck arm, protective cage and authentic marine character, it is ideal for bathrooms, exterior walls, hallways, corridors, restaurants, bars, hotels and coastal homes.
Made from solid brass rather than plated steel, this fitting has a substantial 3kg weight and a premium feel. The brass will naturally age and patina over time, making it a perfect choice for traditional, industrial, nautical and coastal interiors.
The glass and cage unscrew for easy bulb access, and the fitting accepts a standard E27 bulb. A 4W LED filament bulb can be added at checkout.

These are heavy, well-crafted and beautiful! We ordered them for outside lights on the sides of our entrance for our coffee house that is currently under expansion. I will update with photos when we are complete. They are also incredibly bright with the bulbs we chose. We love them!

I recently bought a Happisburgh Brass Bulkhead wall light and can confirm that it is a beautiful light fitting that looks amazing on the outside of our beachfront house. It's hard to find light fittings that don't rust in the sea air and so although I expect this all-brass fitting to oxidise over time it won't leave rust smears down the wall. It came with gaskets to prevent driven rainwater ingress which have worked well to date. I can also confirm that the service from Vintage-Electrical was excellent.
