Dreadful communication, Item not refunded

Although the two items arrived quickly, when I wanted to return one, after the first email, there has been no response. I sent the item off a week ago and it has now been returned back to me. I'm not very happy. Do not use this company.

Please note the customer has forgotten to add we've been in contact and either they or the delivery courier had made an error. Not us, they are not happy because of an error made either by themselves or their delivery courier not us.
