I ordered two of these beautiful enamel light shades and was really impressed with the quality and craftsmanship even though they were described as seconds. Unfortunately, the colour wasn't quite right for my project, so I had to return them. The return process was straightforward, and the customer service was excellent throughout. The 'Coolicon' lampshade handmade to the classic design, patented by Benjamin Electric of north London in 1933, was added to their range of lighting which includes the ‘RLM’ & ‘Benflux’ lampshades.
This lampshade has over 90 years of product history & is an iconic British classic, finished with the 'Benjamin Electric' badge of honour applied by hand.
Intended to be the task light of choice in 1930’s for craft factories, workshops & all skilled industries, the shade has been a true icon ever since & is perfect for all styles of interior.
Whats included:
1 x Original green & white inner lampshade with an enamel gloss powder coat finish, making it easy to clean & hard wearing.
