I ordered two of these beautiful enamel light shades and was really impressed with the quality and craftsmanship even though they were described as seconds. Unfortunately, the colour wasn't quite right for my project, so I had to return them. The return process was straightforward, and the customer service was excellent throughout. We endeavour to dispatch next-day delivery orders on the same day if they are placed before 1pm, Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched on the next working day.
Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. Please note that we do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery. Any next-day delivery order placed on a Friday (before 1pm) will arrive on Monday.
