I was shocked at how quickly my purchase arrived; however, the order was missing an item, a vintage bulb. I emailed Vintage-Electric about this and never heard back from them. I paid for the item, never received it, no refund, and no response to my inquiries. Not likely to make future purchases with this outfit.

Love the actual lighting and ordered the extra bulbs which, I really like as I wanted a warmer glow and I think they are much more beautiful to look at. I just think communication could be a little better with this company as they don't seem to respond to emails and there is no telephone number on the website. When you have questions or queries, it's a little tricky. However, the product is fantastic and ended up being exactly what I wanted.

My Maxlume Tripod Light arrived damaged in the post. I've been emailing daily to get an update on replacement but absolutely no acknowledgement from them. Deeply disappointed in them and suspect I may be almost £190 out of pocket. Very unhappy.

Very prompt delivery but returns have proved difficult. After sending four emails, still no reply. Returned goods, although they were very good quality, we’d ordered the wrong size. We returned them anyway, still nothing 2 weeks later. Worrying as the lamps were over £200
