The finish of the handset is poor (a lot of bubbles) seems like it has indents. The clock is not silent, but I do not use it.

Literally a lampshade. Not of any great quality. No fittings. Delivered in a broken/smashed second use or more cardboard box filled with what looked like detritus from the shop floor by way of packing. Absolutely poor. Arranging return as soon as possible although it took three emails/messages to get any response from the vendor. Will certianly NOT be using this company again.

I ordered the brass standing champagne bucket and love it. Very well made, looks great, highly recommend.
The problem is that even the medium size tray is a few millimettres too long to fit into a standard 600 mm size kitchen unit, with the result that the door has to remain very slightly open. Also, i sent the full size one back but i have not had any credit for itt yet. it is long overrdued.

Lovely item, I had personalised by a friend to make extra special gift!
I wanted to order this as a gift and contacted the seller several times to ask whether it could be made in brown leather instead of black but never heard back. So with Christmas approaching I went ahead and ordered anyway. It's quote pretty and stylish, but a bit wobbly and the metal spray finish looks a bit cheap. It wasn't good enough to give as a Christmas present I decided so I just gave it to my husband now but it looks good, especially from a slight distance. The price is fairly reasonable but I wouldn't have liked to pay more for the quality. Overall I think good value.
The solid copper shade is worth the extra cost. Beautiful feature light. Packaged well and delivered promptly.
