I ordered two of these beautiful enamel light shades and was really impressed with the quality and craftsmanship even though they were described as seconds. Unfortunately, the colour wasn't quite right for my project, so I had to return them. The return process was straightforward, and the customer service was excellent throughout. Handcrafted to the classic 1933 design, the Coolicon lampshade features the distinctive slotted neck originally patented by Benjamin Electric of North London. Its antique copper finish creates a warm, atmospheric glow, while a hand-applied heritage badge completes its authentic period character.

I loved the light fixture so very much! Absolutely perfect for our tiny house. However, with the light fixture I chose to add the bulb as well for an additional cost. The bulb was not included in the package and after contacting the seller, was given an apology and told I would be credited for the bulb. Sadly, that didn't happen. But as far as the fixture itself... beautiful! We did notice that using an Edison type bulb, the fixture did not give enough light for our sink area, we chose instead to use a type of flood light bulb. Perfect lighting now! If you are looking at this fixture and question the quality of the light, don't be afraid to order it. You will not be disappointed. Just maybe don't pay extra to include the bulb.

The light fittings are beautiful. However, the company took several days to dispatch them and did not reply to my email when I got in touch to ask for an update on my order. They don't seem to have a phone number either. I can see a lot of reviews online of people saying similar things with very poor customer communication, this is a shame and will put me off ordering from them again.

Fantastic lamp - we love it. The seller was great and answered questions quickly. Also made the lamp to a bespoke height. From ordering to delivery was a really quick process as the lamp had to be made in that time. Well packaged when it arrived. Overall, brilliant customer service and a great bespoke product.
