I ordered two of these beautiful enamel light shades and was really impressed with the quality and craftsmanship even though they were described as seconds. Unfortunately, the colour wasn't quite right for my project, so I had to return them. The return process was straightforward, and the customer service was excellent throughout. Really good quality, heavy and solid. I have seen some complaint about the screws, but this is personal opinion as I didn't want my screws to match. I wanted them to be brass and black to match the light fitting attached. So I am really happy and I ended up buying 2 and they look great holding my light up.

Nice product with a nice weight to it. The only detail I didn't like was that I bought the cream and it didn't come with matching screws so had to paint them. Other than that they look fab with my hanging baskets on them. Quick delivery. Would recommend

Beautiful hook that works perfectly for what I wanted to use it for. Super fast delivery, only one negative point are the screw that comes with it - my hook is black but the screws in silver colour and not a match. Anyway just a minor thing as once is up on the ceiling you can barley see it :)
