I ordered two of these beautiful enamel light shades and was really impressed with the quality and craftsmanship even though they were described as seconds. Unfortunately, the colour wasn't quite right for my project, so I had to return them. The return process was straightforward, and the customer service was excellent throughout. The problem is that even the medium size tray is a few millimettres too long to fit into a standard 600 mm size kitchen unit, with the result that the door has to remain very slightly open. Also, i sent the full size one back but i have not had any credit for itt yet. it is long overrdued.
