Fantastic looking switches. I have slowly replaced all my switches in the house as these look and are very sturdy and have a vintage look. I would definitely recommend them

Literally a lampshade. Not of any great quality. No fittings. Delivered in a broken/smashed second use or more cardboard box filled with what looked like detritus from the shop floor by way of packing. Absolutely poor. Arranging return as soon as possible although it took three emails/messages to get any response from the vendor. Will certianly NOT be using this company again.

We’re really sorry to hear you were disappointed with your order and for any frustration caused. The item purchased is a lampshade only, and this is stated in the product description, but we completely understand how disappointing it can be if it wasn’t what you expected on arrival.
We’re also very sorry about the condition of the packaging, we currently use recycled packaging to help save the planet, we’ll review this with our packing team and courier Fedex regards the state the parcel was delivered in as we use premium double wall boxes. I can see our team has been in contact, and we apologise if our response took longer than it should have during the busy festive period.
